Introduction:

The academic excellence at Selvam College of Technology is reflected in its student’s exemplary record in placements in the corporate and engineering sectors. SCT has consistently maintained an excellent recruitment record.

The Department presently coordinates with more than 20- 30 leading organizations which recruits trainee engineers for entry level positions in their respective organizations.

In the year of inception, the department modestly established contact with about 30 organizations and placed more than 300 number of students. With every passing year, the number of recruiting organizations have increased in geometric progression on an average about 10 to 20 nationally renowned organization persons visiting the campus annually and conduct the  placement awareness program and  recruitment process on our campus  during the 2011 passing out batch of students.
